ConceptICON is a combination of desk research, workshops with consumers and internal workshops with the client.
Basic module: when you have an insight into trends within your category and already developed concept(s) for new product / service.
Extended module: when you have a basic idea about a new product / service, but you don’t know if it fits with consumers needs.
Advanced module: when you don’t have an insight into trends within your category, you are not familiar with needs and expectations of your target group and you don’t have the basic idea about a new product / service.
ConceptICON follows the flow described below starting with the phase corresponding with the phase of the development process: Category analysis: analysis of the secondary data available for the category and market.
Category understanding: in-depth insight into motivation, perception of the offer already available on the market, feedback on trends, defining desirable features of new product / service.
Concept development: development of the concept for the a new product / service with workshops with the client’s team.
Concept evaluation: concept fine-tuning based on the feedback from the consumers and development of the final version that will serve as a guideline for the development of product / service features.
