We will, We will… BRICK you!

Valicon has upgraded its consulting approach with the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method. With one of the biggest LSP facilitator teams in Europe we are able to implement international projects in the largest companies.

In the past 2 years, Valicon has been intensively developing a new approach in consulting using an innovative and out-of-the-box methodology called LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®. The essence of the LSP method originates from the Lego company, which funded the research and development of the method in the 90s. Today, it is used my virtually every innovative company. The basic idea behind the method is to use the Lego bricks and the system to build and tell stories about business related topics like strategy, development, marketing, branding, production processes, team and culture development, etc. This allows the method to utilise the collective intelligence. With the help of the LPS, teams become more coordinated and productive, as well as faster and more creative.

Our Clients Love to be Bricked!

We have been successfully implementing the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method in the existing consulting practice since 2017. The first process, where the LSP method was tested was Brand.ICON, where our client’s brands were defined and positioned as archetypal personalities, and connected the brand story to the users’ collective subconscious knowledge of archetypes, making the brand more acceptable and understood. It was an immediate victory, because the participants had a better tool to easily define a shared brand personality and they could achieve this in less time, while the process itself utilizes the knowledge and experience of the employees themselves.

More than 25 workshops have been executed in the countries of Southeast Europe, where we worked with the biggest players on the market in various industries: retail, food & beverages, agriculture, finance, tourism, telecommunications. It was also well received by start-ups. The LSP method is extremely effective on strategic and tactical levels, while one of its main advantages in particular is that it is orientated towards implementation, which gives the client tangible results – immediately.

” I have been monitoring LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® for about 20 years. It immediately became apparent that it needs someone, who will dedicate himself completely to this method. When Jaka Oman joined our team, we began to experiment in different fields. Working with start-ups has been particularly interesting, because they are an indication how business will be conducted in the near future – real time strategy with foundations in the future. This is LEGO’s strong point and it manages to bring out the best in a team. The LPS workshop in Valicon have really been exceptional.” Zenel Batagelj the CEO and co-founder of Valicon

With the LSP method more of our verified methodologies were upgraded:
