- focus groups(6-10 participants)
- small focus groups (4-6 participants)
- in-depth telephone interviews
- secondary data collection.

Slovenia:
- 3 experienced focus group moderators, several in-depth interviewers
- two spaces for focus group facilitation in Ljubljana
- at our centre of operations, it is possible to monitor focus groups using one-way mirrors and video recording
- simultaneous interpreting can be arranged.
Croatia:
- 3 experienced focus group moderators, several in-depth interviewers
- two spaces for facilitating focus groups (in Zagreb and Osijek)
- focus groups can be monitored over the video transmission, and through recording events in the focus group rooms at both locations
- simultaneous interpreting can be arranged
- in Zagreb, it is possible to focus video recording of participant responses at the table.
Bosnia and Herzegovina:
- one experienced focus group moderator, several in-depth interviewers
- two spaces for facilitating focus groups (in Sarajevo and Banja Luka)
- focus groups can be monitored over the video transmission, and through recording events in the focus group rooms at both locations
- simultaneous interpreting can be arranged.
