Valicon has more than a decade of wealth and experience in data collection.
- We were the first in Slovenia to build a commercial phone studio using a CATI system (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing).
- We were the first in Slovenia to conduct commercial web surveying.
- We were the first in Europe to start a daily Telephone Omnibus.
- We were the authors and the providers of the first Slovene research on web page visits (SI Monitor).
We are constantly introducing new knowledge and technologies in the solutions for our clients. In our work, we follow international marketing and public opinion survey codes of practice - ESOMAR.
We offers services to our customers throughout the former Yugoslavia. We directly collect data in four countries:
- Slovenia
- Croatia
- Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Serbia
and in other countries of South-East Europe, through our selected partners.
