At Valicon (formerly CATI) we are always looking for consumers with an opinion, who want to take part in individual and group discussions on the topics of food, drink, cars and many other products and services.

Focus groups and individual discussions are one of the more interesting research tools. Through dialogue with members of the public we want to hear different opinions on various topics, services, products and their uses.
How Does it Work?
A moderator and a small group of 6 to 10 participants take part in a focus group. We inform you of the topic under discussion beforehand, however, you don’t have to do any preparations. We are interested in the opinions and insights of ordinary people. This way a focus group looks like a frank discussion in a relaxed environment. We also provide snacks and drinks, of course.
Individual discussions are one on one, with a moderator and yourself. You can either visit us for the discussion, or it can take place at your home or office, if you prefer. ,
We Reward Participation
As a sign of our gratitude for participating in the individual discussions or focus groups you receive a gift valued at 15 to 20 EUR. The gift can be a coupon for a popular store or a practical gift supplied by our client.
Who Can Participate?
Anybody who is interested and wants to talk about a certain topic can participate. Sometimes we also require that participants are consumers of a certain product or service. As a rule, participants do not know one another.
We Respect Your Privacy – Stay Anonymous
We follow the codices of two organizations – ESOMAR and AAPOR. We ensure that all your personal details and all data collected with the application form for participation in focus groups remain completely private. If you take part in our research, your identity also remains anonymous.
Your personal details are also protect by the Law on the Security of Personal Details (Zakon o varstvu osebnih podatkov), which states that personal details must be protected from any and all misuses. We will only use personal details for the purposes stated when we collect them. Your details will also not be given to any third parties.
